In the center of the Councilor complex can be found a monument that is surrounded by water. Trees and flowers grow all around it, and insects are free to eat and prey among them. This monument houses a plaque, and it reads:
Here lies the lineage of the Grey family, pounded into stone by the first peoples of the Alliance, in order to commemorate the family that started a revolution in history. A revolution that brought freedom and justice to a race plagued by suffering and strife. We, the servants of the Alliance and its children, want to commemorate the founders of the Council Order:
