No New Posts Necropolis of the Mist

Located underground, this series of dusty catacombs and crypts stretches vastly beneath the Ol'Kari Range, so as not to accidentally run through the Kal Labyrinth. Miles of forgotten passageways and dark secrets wait within, but it may also be a haven to the troubled mind.

No New Posts Seren Tower

This tower stands on the ground that the Nomad tribes burned in times far past, robbing Selinor of his heritage. Raised from the ground by sheer magical power, the air around it crackles with energy. This tower, the tallest and most magnificent structure within the citadel's walls, is home to the Serendith, who possess talents in the arts of sorcery. Though only about 500m in diameter, the massive structure rises to an immense 3000 floor height. Each floor has four rooms, one facing in each compass direction. The building itself is composed of some type of stone, but giant patterns of white, black, and shades of grey run along the walls constantly, flowing with the magic within.

No New Posts Kal Labyrinth

This place is a haven of dark secrets. Extending 60 stories below the ground of the Citadel with each floor measuring over 500 kmĀ², the Labyrinth is lit by ever-burning torches, riddled with dark and mysterious traps by the elusive Dar'ren Kal. Those who do not have a guide, or the map imprinted into their mind by Selinor will surely perish if they step within, for nobody has ever found their way out alive under these circumstances.

No New Posts Altion Sanctum - 1 Viewing

This ten story high stone building houses the 500 000 members of the Altioris Sect, along with their equipment, and mounts, also providing dining areas, and with the entire structure surrounding the large training grounds in the middle. The sounds of steel clashing on steel can almost always be heard near the Sanctum. The ancient stone carvings that adorn it inside and out, accompanied by massive statues, stand testament to a longer and more complicated history than most onlookers could guess at.

No New Posts Verdisgald Bastion

This immense collection of individual structures, formed from the gently altered boughs and bark of the forest over generations has grown into a viable city over generations, with the undergrowth still covering much. Hidden sentry houses, each housing two to three border guards line the borders of this place, and by taking turns on watch, the entrance in any direction is never unguarded. Using the branches as transport between dwellings, the Verdisgald can, within seconds, make the forest look completely immobile, their dwellings, transport routes and themselves all hidden from view of an intruder within the blink of an eye, as the bowstrings are drawn in silence around him.

No New Posts The Timeless Archives

Though the Serendith Tower is the tallest structure of the Citadel, the Timeless Archives are easily the largest. This building measures 50 km in length and width, and rises 50 stories high, housing texts that even the Royal Archives in Cazenmarr have not acquired. Due to Selinor's magic, the texts concealed within are immune to any form of damage, including that of age itself, and as such, even scrolls from before Selinor's birth now survive within. King Laranok occasionally sends an emissary to request that the Guild Scholars write out a copy of one of the older texts contained within. The 47th - 50th floors contain restricted sections of the library, accessible only by Selinor, and those accompanying him, as well as the Head Scholar of the Guild. The scrolls contained within tell of closely guarded secrets, and Selinor has even refused the King permission to see some of the texts within.
